Three bedrooms for 5 persons accommodation, 2 bathrooms, one of them has a bathroom with light for chromo therapy, the second has a hydro massage shower. One of three bedrooms is a wide Suite bedroom (bed size is 200 cm x 200 cm) which has its own individual bathroom, shower and dressing room. Second bedroom is child room with two separate beds of 100 cm 190 cm.
The third bedroom is Junior Suite with a bed (135 cm x 190 cm) and furniture made of natural teak.
All bedrooms are light with large windows opening onto the garden and swimming pool.
Wide living room with exit to a covered terrace. Furnished with circular leather sofa and chairs, a comfortable living-room table, with a large panoramic latest model Samsung TV with a satellite channels in English, Spanish, Russian, French, German, Dutch and Chinese
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary equipment by Smeg brand: fridge, oven, induction cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and electric teapot and completed with tableware Villeroy & Boch brand
Second Floor consists of:
Large sunny suite with double bed sized 200 cm x 200 cm and exit to a wide covered terrace with the sea view, the pine tree forest and the surrounding area. The Suite is equipped with own private bathroom and separate shower with heated floors and massage showers.

The second bedroom is Child room with two separate beds (100 cm x 190 cm)
The third bedroom is Junior Suite with king-size bed (135 cm x 190 cm) and furniture made of natural teak.
